Overview
This cancellation policy applies to all services, subscriptions, and ongoing engagements with Kabir Hafeez. We aim to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible while ensuring fairness for both parties.
Please read the relevant section below for the type of service you wish to cancel.
Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly retainer services include ongoing SEO, social media management, ads management, and content marketing packages.
How to Cancel
- Provide written notice by emailing mail@kabirhafeez.co.
- A minimum of 14 days' notice is required before the next billing cycle.
- Your service will continue until the end of the current paid period.
What Happens After Cancellation
- All scheduled work for the current period will be completed as agreed.
- You retain ownership of all content and assets created during the engagement.
- Access to any shared tools or dashboards will be maintained for 30 days after the end of service to allow for transition.
- Ad accounts and social media access will be transferred back to you upon request.
Project-Based Services
Project-based services include website development, one-time SEO audits, branding packages, and similar deliverable-based work.
Cancellation Terms
- Before project starts: Full cancellation with no charges if work has not yet begun.
- During project: You may cancel at any time, but payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date. A detailed breakdown will be provided.
- After milestone delivery: Completed milestones are non-cancellable. Payment for delivered milestones is non-refundable.
AI Agent Credits & Subscriptions
Our AI tools (Blog Generator, SiteScope Pro, LocalLeads Engine) use a credit-based system.
Credits
- Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
- There is no subscription to cancel for credit-based usage — you simply stop purchasing credits when you no longer need the service.
- Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase (see our Refund Policy).
Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account entirely, email us at mail@kabirhafeez.co. Please note that account deletion will forfeit any remaining credits and remove all stored data associated with your account. This action is irreversible.
Digital Products
Digital products (templates, guides, toolkits) are one-time purchases and delivered instantly. As there is no ongoing commitment, there is nothing to cancel. For refund eligibility on digital products, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Early Termination
For services with a minimum contract period (if applicable):
- Early termination may be subject to a fee equal to the remaining contract value or a percentage thereof, as outlined in your service agreement.
- We will always try to work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution before applying early termination fees.
- No early termination fees apply if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services or breach our obligations.
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or repeated late payments
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests that involve illegal, unethical, or harmful content
- Abusive behaviour toward our team members
In such cases, you will be notified in writing and given an opportunity to resolve the issue before cancellation takes effect.
