Client Content

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of content created specifically for them. However, we reserve the right to:

• Use project work in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Retain copies of work for our records and quality assurance
• Use general methodologies and know-how in future projects

In no event shall Kabir Hafeez, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through our service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Results Disclaimer

While we work diligently to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from our marketing or development services. Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors beyond our control.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will cease immediately
• Any outstanding payments become due immediately
• We may retain your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Completed work will be delivered according to the terms of your service agreement

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
