Digital Marketing Services
Our digital marketing services include SEO, social media management, Google & Meta ads management, website development, and content creation.
Refund Eligibility
- Before work begins: Full refund available if you cancel before any deliverables have been started.
- Within first 7 days: If work has commenced but you are unsatisfied, a partial refund may be issued minus the value of work already completed.
- After 7 days or delivery: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we have not met the agreed deliverables, we will work to resolve the issue or offer a partial refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms
- Third-party software, tools, or domain purchases made on your behalf
- Completed and delivered work that meets the agreed specifications
- Setup or onboarding fees once the setup process has been completed
AI Agents & Credits
Our AI-powered tools (Blog Generator, SiteScope Pro, LocalLeads Engine) operate on a credit-based system.
Credit Purchases
- Unused credits: Refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been used.
- Partially used credits: Not eligible for refund once any credits from the pack have been consumed.
- Trial/bonus credits: Free or promotional credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Failed Generations
If an AI agent fails to deliver the expected output due to a system error (not user input error), credits will be automatically refunded to your account. If an automatic refund does not occur, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Digital Products
Digital products (templates, guides, toolkits) are delivered electronically upon purchase.
- Before download/access: Full refund available if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
- After download/access: Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- Defective products: If a digital product is defective or materially different from its description, a full refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, the service or product purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the refund.
- Attach any relevant order confirmations or receipts.
- We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to:
- Reply to our decision email explaining your concerns in detail.
- A senior team member will review the dispute and provide a final decision within 5 business days.
- If the dispute remains unresolved, you may pursue resolution through your payment provider (e.g., Stripe) or applicable consumer protection channels.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Refunds for credit purchases will be returned as account credits unless a monetary refund is specifically requested and eligible.
